The international break is upon us, with the Premier Leaguetaking a breather after a frenetic start to the 2018-19 season.

The England top flight continues to surprise, amaze, and baffle in equal nature as results and performances have shown that a frenzied summer transfer window does not necessarily equate to cold, hard points.

Here are the latest Premier League betting odds courtesy of (odds subject to change)...'

Title winners

Pep Guardiola's reigning champions are unsurprisingly favourites once again, although Jose Mourinho's United are way back in the pack after two defeats from four games.

Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool are among the contenders after a perfect start with a bolstered squad, while Maurizio Sarri has taken to life in England like a duck to water as Chelsea look capable of putting together a respectable challenge.

As for the chances of Watford pulling off a Leicester? Stranger things have happened...

  • Man City: 4/6
  • Liverpool: 5/2
  • Chelsea: 10/1
  • Tottenham: 14/1
  • Man Utd: 40/1
  • Arsenal: 50/1
  • Watford 275/1

Top four

Here's where things get interesting. The so-called 'Big Six' does not feat neatly into four, so two top clubs are bound to be disappointed once again this season.

Everton are priced as the likeliest side to break into the Champions League qualification spots, while high-flying Watford are surely worth a punt at 50/1.

(Bookmaker Ratings)

  • Liverpool: 1/12
  • Man City: 1/100
  • Man Utd: 11/8
  • Chelsea: 4/11
  • Tottenham: 1/2

  • Everton: 20/1
  • Watford: 50/1

Relegation

Neil Warnock's Cardiff are favourites for the drop. The Bluebirds have picked up two points to sit 16th, but a lack of goals - just two scored - is a worry.

Another set of fans who should be worrying are West Ham's, with Manuel Pellegrini's men rock bottom and yet to pick up a point despite a summer of serious transfer spending.

  • Cardiff: 4/11
  • Burnley: 6/4
  • Huddersfield: 8/13
  • West Ham: 11/4
  • Newcastle: 10/3
  • Brighton: 7/2
  • Fulham: 9/2

Golden Boot

No surprises here, with Harry Kane, Sergio Aguero and Mohamed Salah the clear favourites. Sadio Mane is well priced at 10/1 following his fine start, with four goals in as many games.

The high-scoring trio are likely to be battling until the final weekend, while Romelu Lukaku is also worth an outside consideration if United click into gear.

  • Kane: 3/1
  • Aguero 7/2
  • Salah: 11/2
  • Lukaku: 9/1
  • Sane: 10/1
  • Aubameyang: 10/1
