Hobro!!! As we all know they have played six straight games either home or away on under 2.5...today would be no different...same would happen.cause hobro has more defence than any other team on there league...
Ebsjerg may not be a team that can compete for the title but they are a team who sits pretty comfortably just below the top 3 or top 4 and they should be pretty strong at home to face the likes of Hobro, a team that escaped relegation last season.
Silkeborg is a newly promoted club from the 2nd division and they did finish last season in style. They certainly may have the ability to match some of the lower clubs in Superligaen but I do not think that they can match Brondby as of yet especially whem Brondby plays home.
2 reasons of why i pick Copenhagen for this. FC Copenhagen usually starts the season strongly. On top of that, the past 5 meetings between these 2 teams have all been won by Copenhagen but to play safe, I have oicked X2 just in case. Do not see Copenhagen losing this.
Hobro narrowly avoided relegation last season and will be aiming for a mid-table finish at the very least in 2019/20, while AGF finished five points outside the top six and will believe they can challenge for the European places this season. The form of both teams is identical heading into the opening game of the season with each team picking up three wins, two draws, and suffering just one defeat in their last six matches.
Hobro only played two friendlies in pre-season, against Horsens and Fredericia, and both games ended in stalemates but did extend their unbeaten run from the end of last season to five matches. AGF recorded 3-0 wins against Aabyhoj and Horsens before playing out a 1-1 draw with Randers to complete their pre-season schedule, and have now gone four games without a defeat.
The head to head record between these two sides and the performances of both clubs since the tail end of last season, suggests that we won’t see both teams score on Monday and that AGF are best placed to win the game. Only one of the last six meetings between these two clubs has seen both teams score, five of the last six encounters between the pair have ended in a win to nil, and AGF have won five of the two side’s last six matches. Only one of Hobro’s last six matches have seen both teams score and AGF have kept two clean sheets in their last three away games, which is why we’re backing a 1-0 win for the visitors on Monday.
Patrick Mortensen scored nine league goals for AGF last season and should lead the line for the visitors on Monday night, while Hobro will be hoping that new signings Mads Dittmer Hvilsom and Oliver Thychosen can provide the goals their sides sorely missed last season. We’re confident that we won’t see both teams score in Monday’s match and have predicted a final scoreline of 1-0 to AGF. Both teams head into the game in good form which should make for a competitive ninety minutes, but AGF have more goals in them and outperformed Hobro last season so we believe the visitors will claim all three points.
Midtylland finished off last season as 1st runners-up, lost the tile chase by a mere 3 points to FC Copenhagen. Thye have been formidable especially at home but squandered their last few games to finish behind FC Copenhagen. The Superligaen last season was totally dominated by these 2 teams as the gap between the top 2 and the 3rd are almost 30 points. As for Esbjerg, they started last season at a slow pace but manage to pick up and finish at 5th behind Brondby. Esbjerg is a much better team at home rather than away. Based on head to head records Esbjerg have never won away to Midtylland. Met 42 times, Midtylland won 18, drawn 13, lost 13. If it is based on Midtylland playing home, out of 17, Midtylland have won 11, drawn 6, lost 0.
Although Sikeborgs recent away form is impressive having notched up 6 wins on the bounce, there away from against Brondby is less so. They haven't won on the road to Brondby since 2010. They have also lost 8 out of the last 10 including the last 5 in a row and I would imagine confidence at Brondby will be high having notched up 4-2 and 4-1 wins at home over Randers and Midtjylland at the back end of last season on their way to qualifying for this seasons europa league.
So Silkeborg has no chance.
Also I need to say that Brondby and Silkeborg if will fancy their chances to get win also both teams are not the best defensively so i feel this game could end up being rather goal fiesta
