They are currently seventh in the table, seven points behind Manchester United in sixth. With the Carabao Cup almost certain to be won by a team who'll play in the Champions League, sixth should be enough to get a Europa League place, perhaps even seventh. City have won three of their last four league games with impressive wins over Chelsea, Manchester City and Everton. Since then though they have gone four games without a win including home losses to West Ham and Manchester City. With Burnley and Cardiff showing improved form, Southampton have dropped into the relegation zone and are two points from safety. The win at bottom of the table Huddersfield is their only win in the last nine away league games. This looks booked for a Leicester City home win in a low-scoring game.
