Wolves have lost five of their last seven Premier League games at Molineux – including a 2-0 defeat to Liverpool last month – and I expect the Reds to get their revenge for losing to Wolves in the competition 2-1 at Anfield a couple of seasons ago. The Premier League title is Liverpool’s main objective, but they have such strength in depth that I feel the Reds are well equipped to make a bold bid for Cup glory this term.

Wolverhampton Wanderers last won the FA Cup in 1960 and won't have been too happy at being drawn at home to Premier League leaders Liverpool in the third round. Just before Christmas, Wolves hosted Liverpool in the Premier League and lost 2-0. They are ninth in the table and come into this FA Cup tie in inconsistent form. One minute they are going to Wembley and beating Tottenham 3-1, the next they are losing 2-0 at home to Crystal Palace. They have lost five of their last seven home games and it'll be interesting to see what line-up they put out for this match. It's likely they will make changes and no way have they got as strong a squad as their opponents.
Liverpool lost their unbeaten league record on Thursday evening and haven't won the FA Cup for 13 years. Klopp is bound to rest some of his key players but when you have the likes of Sturridge, Shaqiri, Lallana, Keita and Fabinho on the bench, that isn't going to leave them putting out an inferior side. Liverpool have won eight of their last nine games and have been victorious in five of their last nine away FA Cup games. They need to show a positive reaction to their loss at Manchester City and can get the win to move into the fourth round.
