Wolfsburg is in the middle of the table whereas Stuttgart is in the relegation zone. Wolfsburg has done well recently collecting 7 points from last 3 matches. Stuttgart is a poor away team having lost 5 of last 6 away matches.
It's looking as if the best Napoli can hope for this season is again finishing runners-up behind Juventus. Last season it was a close run thing but this time around, they are already nine points behind the defending champions. They have won five of their last six league games, the other being an away loss at Inter. Only three league games have been lost by Napoli this season, the other two being away at Juventus and Sampdoria. Napoli are yet to lose a home league game this season with eight wins and two draws in their ten games with only six goals conceded and four of those came in two matches. Lazio are fourth in the table, the final Champions League qualifying place but twelve points behind Napoli. They will be looking to get a better result than they managed here at Napoli last season when losing 4-1. Current form for Lazio isn't great with only two wins in the last eight with five draws. Away from home they have won four, drawn two and lost three and goals have been in short supply. Lazio have scored ten and conceded nine. They have only won two of the last six on the road with each game bar one having under 2.5 goals scored. Napoli have the better form and an impressive home record, back them to get the win here.
St Etienne are third in Ligue 1 and that would be good enough to get them into the Champions League next season. Their high league position is due to their impressive home record, which is only bettered by leaders PSG. Ten home league games have seen them win eight and draw two with only seven goals conceded. Wednesday saw them get a late win at home to Marseille, their third league win in a row. That made it seven home wins from their last eight games with three clean sheets in the last four. They are a place and two points ahead of their opponents who have lost ground in recent weeks with three successive draws. It could have been worse as they were 2-0 down at Toulouse on Wednesday night before pulling level with three minutes remaining. They also had to come from behind to get a point at home to Reims. Lyon have only won one of their last six league games and that was against one-from-bottom Monaco; Away form has seen them win only three of their nine away league games with defeats at Reims and a 5-0 hammering at PSG. St Etienne have the momentum at present and can get another home win to strengthen their Champions League qualification hopes.
